Field Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving best-in-class execution of client plans across our Sales and Merchandising teams. Your focus will be on coaching and developing field representatives, driving sales excellence and team performance, and managing key relationships with Area and Zone Managers across Grocery, Mass, and Convenience channels. You will be responsible for supporting and managing field teams across Victoria (VIC).

Requirements

A reliable car and valid driver's license; Confidence to manage a team remotely who work across all of VIC; Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance; Strong time and priority management skills; Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms; Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel

Nice to have

Previous experience in a people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing (preferred)
