Fire Risk Assessor

Responsibilities

Conducting Type 1, 2, 3 and 4 fire risk assessments across a range of property types, ensuring compliance with current fire safety legislation and guidance; Producing detailed reports, identifying fire safety risks, recommending remedial actions and liaising with clients to provide practical fire safety solutions; Working on projects including residential blocks, commercial premises, healthcare facilities and educational buildings

Requirements

Experience undertaking fire risk assessments independently; A recognised fire risk assessment qualification; Strong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order; Excellent report writing skills; Full UK driving licence
