Full Time Retail Coordinator | Repco Manurewa

As a Retail Coordinator you will hold a unique and varied position. Using your creative ability, you will help decide on product placement & promotions, merchandising & store presentation, while also being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor. As a fun and energetic team member your role includes product placement, merchandising, ensuring the store is kept well stocked and tidy alongside providing fantastic customer service.

Responsibilities

Leading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to customers; maintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in store promotions; ensuring high store presentation standards; assisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stocked; helping decide on product placement & promotions, merchandising & store presentation; being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor

Requirements

Previous retail experience; creative mind for product placement and store presentation; friendly and positive attitude with great communication skills; high attention to detail and a stickler for having a tidy store
