Responsibilities

Deploy Conduct against the challenges customers face; Run the technical deployment hands-on; Join strategic accounts early and fully take over post-sale; Fly out to customers when it counts; Onboard hundreds of end users; Surface expansion signals and turn a single entry point into a multi-year partnership; Have a direct line into product and shape Conduct's product roadmap; Build the engine behind everything, including onboarding flows, tooling and reusable playbooks

Requirements

Recent graduate with a strong academic background; Exceptional communication skills, able to build positive and strong relationships from CIOs to professors and peers; Entrepreneurial instinct, able to spot expansion and hold an early commercial conversation; A builder with genuine hunger, wanting to build the process and do the hands-on customer work; Low ego and self-aware, comfortable saying "I don't know" and then figuring it out; Sharp, driven, high potential, with an obsession with understanding how software works
