Head of Business Readiness & Governance

Joining us as Head of Business Readiness & Governance. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this senior role owns how enterprise change is governed, assured and adopted. You’ll partner closely with ExCo and senior leaders to set clear guardrails for change, providing independent oversight of readiness, people risk and value protection.

Responsibilities

Own and enforce enterprise Business Readiness and Change Governance frameworks; Lead readiness assessment and assurance for major initiatives; Provide evidence-based go/no-go advice to Exec; Define and track adoption and readiness KPIs; Oversee enterprise people risk and compliance impacts; Monitor change saturation and advise on pacing and sequencing; Partner closely with ExCo and senior leaders to set clear guardrails for change

Requirements

Change / OCM accreditation (e.g. Prosci, ACMP); Senior leadership experience in enterprise-scale change; Strong governance, assurance and risk framework expertise; Credibility with ExCo, Boards and employee representatives; Deep knowledge of readiness, adoption and people risk
