We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed, and highly motivated Head of Commercial Sales to lead our Bendigo office. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations, mentor a talented team, and drive the continued growth and success of Colliers across regional Victoria.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Bendigo branch, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.; Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, leasing, and property management.; Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, targets, and operational KPIs.; Strengthen client relationships and foster new business opportunities.; Ensure compliance with real estate legislation, company policies, and professional standards.; Represent Colliers in the local community and build strong connections with business networks.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial real estate, business management, or a similar leadership role.; Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team.; Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.; Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, efficiency, and performance.; In-depth knowledge of real estate operations and compliance requirements.; Current real estate licence (required).
