Inside Sales Coordinator

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing international player in the PET resins and synthetic fibres industry on their search for an inside sales coordinator.

This position will be based 5 days a week in Huntersville, North Carolina.

My client has a global footprint and is now scaling their North American operations. This is an office-based position requiring strong coordination skills, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves assisting the sales and logistics teams, coordinating customer communication, supporting order processing and follow-ups, and helping ensure seamless execution of internal operations.

Responsibilities

Support inside sales and customer communication activities; Coordinate orders, deliveries, and operational follow-ups; Assist the sales team with administrative and customer-related tasks; Work closely with logistics, accounting, and operations teams; Support inventory coordination and reporting activities; Maintain organized records and internal documentation; Assist with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and customer updates

Requirements

3 years minimum of experience in inside sales, sales support, or commercial operations; Experience working with ERP systems; Strong organisational and multitasking skills
