Insurance Licensing Clerk

Reviews applications and supporting data for compliance with insurance licensing requirements of the State; reviews documents required to be filed by individuals and agencies to determine continuing qualification for licenses; assists in scheduling licensing examinations and monitors and scores examinations; and performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the United States (citizens, nationals, permanent resident aliens, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment); Experience demonstrating ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English, and ability to make basic mathematical computations including percentages and averages; Graduation from high school or equivalent may be substituted for the experience; Three years of progressively responsible office work experience involving performance of a variety of clerical work including review and processing of material for completion, accuracy and conformance to standards; Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements
