Responsibilities include formulating new business proposals, developing company forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios and preparing documents related to the public issuance of stock.

Responsibilities

Play an integral role in the department's activities with a high level of responsibility as a member of a specific industry-focused team; formulate new business proposals; develop company forecasts and valuations; evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios; prepare documents related to the public issuance of stock; make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term; undertake strategic and tactical financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation to support business leaders in their decision-making; develop and write highly visible materials, such as sensitive press releases or speeches to critical audiences; develop a plan and follow up to manage net present value (NPV) analysis on candidates (product pipeline); perform business case development, financial modeling, and accounting and valuation analyses, incorporating probability, time, cost, budget impacts, and returns; support to prioritize and close key deals of strategic and/or financial significance for the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s: Business Administration; Bachelor’s: Finance; Bachelor’s (Required); General Experience - 3 to 6 years; Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA); Determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making; Develop financial and economic models for financial planning or monitoring purposes; Estimate and manage the effort and finances to complete the work within budget; Understand numerical concepts and use them to carry out mathematical operations e.g. in order to analyze reports.
