Junior Learning Services Consultant

Responsibilities

Training coordination, including preparing training logistics; Supporting trainers and training participants; Preparing training venues; Maintaining daily contact with trainers and vendors; Providing support to the team with incoming inquiries; Scheduling meetings and preparing timetables; Preparing training materials; Driving customer engagements and ensuring Learning Services projects are delivered with quality and on time

Requirements

Open exclusively to Emiratis; Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a dynamic training environment; Proficiency in English; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-impact business environment; A hands-on approach and a can-do attitude

Nice to have

BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred but not required); A technical background, preferably in telecommunications or IT; Experience working in an international environment; An understanding of project management activities; An interest in technology and its evolution
