KidStrong is a private child development training center focusing on Brain, Physical and Character Development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent focused and taught by professionals.

Responsibilities

Making children smarter and stronger; Working with children; Coaching kids ages walking through 11 years old; Maintaining and cleaning center equipment and floor; Talking with and educating parents; Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience

Requirements

Looking to make a difference and help kids win at life; High energy and a great attitude; Flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends; Weeknight and weekend availability; One weekend day required; Athletic or coaching background; Experience coaching kids ages walking through 11 years old in an athletic or coaching environment or pediatric OT/PT experience; Experience with talking and educating parents; Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics; CPR certified; Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills; Self-starter; Outstanding customer service and membership experience
