Lead Project Manager

Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. As a Lead Project Manager, you will support end-to-end implementations of Celonis' technology across the largest and most strategic customers. You will articulate Celonis' product positioning to customers and collaborate with Sales, Partners and Value Engineering to deploy the platform, identify and frame business value opportunities, create tailored solutions, and enable sustainable value realization for customers.

Responsibilities

Support pre-sales by framing Services project opportunities with Sales and Value Engineering teams, defining the implementation approach and writing proposals; Execute projects end to end, taking responsibility for scope, timeline, resources and the quality of deliverables; Manage the client relationship as the primary point of contact, from operational teams to senior executives, and secure a progressive handover; Lead project governance: reporting on progress, risks and value opportunities, and facilitating decision-making by Celonis management and client sponsors; Drive effective use of AI tooling within the team to continuously improve how the team delivers; Provide guidance and mentoring to the Services team to ensure delivery consistency and consultants' development; Drive continuous improvement by feeding field learnings back into Celonis Services methods and best practices

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex projects with both business and technical dimensions, in a consulting or professional services environment; A passion for operational excellence: strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering tangible business value; Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, onshore/offshore teams, and various client stakeholder groups, from operational to executive levels; Proven track record of strong leadership and communication, with the strategic thinking to support decision-making both internally and with the customer; Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales collaboration, opportunity qualification and proposal development

Nice to have

Experience in leading AI or machine learning projects; Experience in delivering complex projects with data driven solutions for supply chain and core business processes optimization; Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile/Scrum, PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma)
