Lead/Senior Consultant SAP HXM – Advisory & Transformation (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Advise clients on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation initiatives; Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization; Develop target architectures, solution concepts and roadmaps for modern HR system landscapes; Support transformation and migration projects, for example from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors; Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions and presentations; Contribute to the acquisition of new clients and projects; Prepare proposals, statements of work and solution concepts; Support RFPs, pitches and proposal presentations; Contribute to demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs); Build and maintain long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships; Work closely with Sales, Delivery and internal stakeholders throughout the entire client journey

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors environment; Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and a good understanding of hybrid SAP HR landscapes; A solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle; Experience with HR transformation, digitalization and/or migration projects; Strong advisory skills and the ability to translate business requirements into suitable solutions and roadmaps; Confidence in working directly with clients and facilitating workshops and presentations; Experience in presales, proposal processes and ideally RFPs; A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across Consulting, Sales and Delivery; Business-fluent German skills (minimum C1) are required , as you will work closely with German-speaking clients; Very good English skills
