m2r Education is partnering with a leading further and higher education provider in Cambridgeshire to recruit a Learning Support Mentor on a term-time only basis at their Huntingdon campus. Responsibilities

Work closely with lecturers and assessors to support students in their programmes; Provide tailored learning support for students with additional needs; Help learners develop greater independence and achieve personalised outcomes; Adapt resources and teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs; Promote inclusion and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment

Requirements

Experience working with young people with learning difficulties or disabilities in an educational setting; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to provide differentiated support and adapt learning materials; Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare; Team player with proactive approach to continuous improvement; GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C or above); UK Right to Work and Enhanced DBS on the update service
