Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

In response to the growing mental health needs of young people, ESS has expanded its offerings to include a full continuum of clinical programming, professional development, and consultative services for districts.

Responsibilities

Provide group, individual, and family therapy for students; Deliver evidence-based interventions supporting emotional and academic stability; Engage families through programming and parent support groups; Coordinate care and referrals to appropriate services as needed; Collaborate with school and ESS teams to support student success.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges; Licensed in social work (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of service; Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Experience working in or with school settings preferred.
