Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

Effective School Solutions (ESS) is a leading provider of school-based mental health services for K–12 students. We are looking for a passionate, mission-aligned clinician to provide clinical services to a small group of students with significant behavioral and emotional needs within Public Schools. The salary for this position starts at $70,000.

Responsibilities

Provide group, individual, and family therapy for students; Deliver evidence-based interventions supporting emotional and academic stability; Engage families through programming and parent support groups; Coordinate care and referrals to appropriate services as needed; Collaborate with school and ESS teams to support student success.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges; Licensed in social work (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of service; Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
