Outside Sales Account Manager - Fluid Power Components and Solutions

We’re looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power division in the Pittsburgh, PA metro area. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager; Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations; Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory; Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions; Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience; 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred); Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage; Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; Computer and technology proficient including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems and related apps; A valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally overnight

Fluid Power focus preferred; Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred; Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage
