Part Time Retail Assistant | Repco Alexandra

Repco is a leader in the automotive aftermarket parts market. As a Retail Assistant, your key focus is to ensure each customer has a great experience in store, from the moment they walk in the door to processing the sale at the till. Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday (25 hours per week).

Responsibilities

Providing genuine service and creating lasting impressions with customers; Guiding customers on products and ensuring they find what they need; Upselling where possible and processing sales at the till; Having superstar selling skills that contribute to the store's sales performance; Being a team player and contributing to the store's success; Maintaining exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom; Processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked

Requirements

Previous retail and/or customer service experience (ideally); Passionate customer service expert and people person; Confident working in a retail/sales environment; Dealing with a variety of customers; Strong communication skills; Excellent phone manner; Team-focused and 'can do' attitude
