JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, is expanding and we're looking for a Phone Sales Representative to join our new Orange branch.

This is an exciting opportunity to help establish a new location while working with a trusted national brand that supplies the automotive, transport, mining, industrial and heavy vehicle sectors.

About the Role

As a Phone Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them source the right products and solutions to keep their businesses moving.

Working closely with the branch team, you'll manage inbound enquiries, process orders, build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.

What We're Looking For

You may come from phone sales, internal sales, customer service, parts interpreting or account management.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Regarded

- Automotive, auto electrical or heavy vehicle experience
- Trade sales or aftermarket experience
- Parts interpreting or catalogue experience
- Mining, transport or industrial industry exposure
- Knowledge of automotive products and components

Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email; Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently; Providing product information, pricing and quotations; Following up customer enquiries and quotations; Building strong relationships with trade and commercial customers; Promoting new products and special offers; Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell; Working with the branch team to achieve sales goals; Delivering outstanding customer service every day
