Education & Languages

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred

- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for this role

Responsibilities

Drive 0→1 business development in China, contributing to pipeline growth and revenue generation; Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across multiple operational excellence engagement; Build strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders across China; Oversee project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable client impact; Coach and develop consulting teams, building capability and performance; Contribute to thought leadership and positioning in operations across the region

Requirements

Proven experience in management consulting with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of your practice line; Strong track record in business development, including building client relationships and contributing to revenue growth; Experience leading complex consulting engagements and managing teams; Understanding of operational challenges within industrial or asset-intensive sectors; Experience with the industrial sector in China eg. Chemicals, steel, manufacturing, energy etc.
