Responsibilities

As a Principal SAP FICO Consultant you will:; Lead end-to-end SAP FI and CO implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects across multiple industries.; Analyze, design, and optimize financial business processes within SAP to enhance operational efficiency.; Manage project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.; Provide expert guidance on SAP FI and CO configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.; Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial system requirements.; Oversee data migration, system integration, and comprehensive testing within SAP environments.; Mentor and lead a team of SAP consultants, fostering best practices and continuous development.; Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, and evolving industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

What would make you a fit for the role:; 10+ years of proven experience in SAP FI and CO consulting, implementation, and support.; Deep hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO modules with strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling).; Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and migrations is highly desirable.; Solid leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.; Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive business value through SAP solutions.; Willingness and availability to travel as project requirements dictate.
