Requirements

Job Purpose; Key Responsibilities; Process Operations & Compliance; Implement and follow approved section policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.; Ensure all activities are carried out in a controlled and compliant manner.; Manage day-to-day operational tasks in line with company standards and procedures.; 2. System Inspection & Evaluation; Support inspections of process systems to assess integrity and functionality.; Recommend and implement monitoring tools and technologies to identify potential issues or deviations.; Conduct performance evaluations of process systems and recommend improvements.; Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve reliability issues and implement preventive measures.; 3. Risk Assessment & Mitigation; Perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential failure modes in process systems.; Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.; Ensure compliance with industry regulations and process safety standards.; 4. Corrosion & Integrity Management; Develop and implement corrosion management plans for process equipment.; Coordinate with corrosion specialists to evaluate and mitigate corrosion-related risks.; Assess lifecycle performance of process equipment and recommend improvements.; Requirements; Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering or related field.; Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical industry .; Strong knowledge of asset integrity management, risk assessment, and process safety .; Experience in process system inspection, reliability improvement, and corrosion management .; Familiarity with international industry standards and regulations .
