(Recent Graduate/Class of 2026 friendly) Full-Time Math Teacher

This is a full-time position designed for recent graduates and class of 2026 who are passionate in education and have the drive to grow into a future leader in education industry. The successful candidate will work alongside our Silicon Valley teaching team while also focusing on the operational aspects of our business. You will have the resources to become a great math educator and provide world-class teaching services to PreK-9th graders of all levels. In order to foster a well-rounded leader in the education industry, this role will also give you the chance to participate in Think Academy's business functions including operations and marketing.

Responsibilities

Assigned to grade department (lower / higher / middle school); Plan and execute teaching related activities; Teach short-term and long-term group classes in classroom setting; Hold office hours and provide 1-on-1 help; Grade students' homework and assignments; Develop tailored mathematical learning plans for students based on their current abilities and goals, facilitating their enrollment in short-term or long-term courses

Requirements

Open to all majors; Passionate about the education industry with strong will to motivate and inspire students; Patient and empathetic with students and parents; Excellent organizational skills and strong sense of responsibility; Team player able to collaborate effectively with other teachers and staff; Must have valid work authorization to start (no sponsorship)
