Revenue & PPA Origination Manager

Mint Selection is partnered with a fast-growing European renewable energy platform that is scaling a portfolio of large-scale renewable and storage assets across selected European markets. The business is focused on taking projects beyond early-stage development, creating value through technical readiness, commercial structuring, power offtake, revenue optimisation, project financing and selective long-term ownership. As part of its next phase of growth, the company is looking to appoint a Revenue & PPA Origination Manager to lead commercial revenue strategy and power offtake across its renewable energy portfolio, initially with a focus on onshore wind, with future exposure to BESS and hybrid projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement revenue and offtake strategies for renewable energy and storage projects; Originate, negotiate and execute corporate PPAs, utility offtake agreements and wider route-to-market structures; Assess CfD / auction mechanisms, merchant exposure, balancing risk, trading arrangements and revenue optimisation opportunities; Support the commercial preparation of projects approaching ready-to-build status, including bankable revenue structures; Contribute to future BESS revenue models, including tolling, swaps, trading agreements, merchant strategies and optimisation partnerships; Work closely with development, procurement, finance and leadership teams to ensure projects are commercially ready for construction, financing, ownership or divestment; Engage externally with corporates, utilities, traders, lenders, advisors, investors and strategic counterparties

Requirements

Experience across renewable energy commercialisation, PPA origination, route-to-market, energy trading, revenue optimisation or commercial asset management; Strong understanding of corporate PPAs, utility offtake, CfD / auction frameworks, merchant risk and balancing considerations; Onshore wind experience; Ability to assess commercial structures from a project value, bankability, risk allocation and investor appetite perspective; Confident negotiator with the ability to represent the business externally in senior commercial discussions; European power markets experience; German and English language skills
