Sales Advisor (Part-time) - Byporten, Mo i Rana

As a Seasonal Sales Advisor at H&M, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You'll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. This is a part-time position offering 2 hours a week every other Saturday. This position is based at H&M Byporten in Mo i Rana.

Responsibilities

Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices; Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey; Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting; Support with opening and closing of the store; Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions

Requirements

Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting products and driving sales; Thriving in collaborative and dynamic environments; Communicative, creative, and curious to work with store technology, with a strong eagerness to learn and develop; Flexible and action oriented; Able to work during store opening hours; Language skills in local language or English
