Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate retail staff; Assign duties and support team members; Hire and train staff or arrange training opportunities; Manage inventory and order merchandise; Authorize merchandise returns; Prepare staff schedules; Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns; Manage cash and store transactions; Prepare sales and personnel reports; Conduct performance reviews; Help create a positive and productive workplace

Requirements

High school graduation certificate; 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience; Strong communication and leadership skills; Dependable, organized, and customer-focused; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative; Legally authorized to work in Canada
