Sales Support 2IC Manager - The Warehouse, Tauranga Crossing (Part-time)

The Warehouse Group is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Sales Support 2IC/Checkout team member. The role assists the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the team responsible for customer-critical processes at the front of house, and extends to back-of-house operations, internal audit requirements and daily administration. Hours of work: Friday 11:00am - 8:30pm and Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm. The position could be linked with various checkout shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the team; Manage customer-critical processes at the front of house; Support back-of-house operations; Ensure internal audit requirements are met; Complete daily administrative tasks in a timely manner; Provide a positive customer experience

Requirements

Demonstrated retail experience in a large-scale, big-box environment; Strong leadership skills; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Passion for enhancing both customer and employee experiences
