Sales Team Lead - Hillcrest Mall

We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives. You will drive customer acquisition by coaching your team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products!

Responsibilities

Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills; Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths; Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management; Provide hands-on support at events, troubleshoot issues, and actively sell Neo products to hit revenue goals

Requirements

Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role; Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team; Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match team needs
