Senior Manager, Dyad Enablement

As Senior Manager, Dyad Enablement, you will own the operating system that allows Talkiatry's ClinOps leaders and support staff to work more efficiently and make faster, better-informed decisions. The role focuses on creating capacity across ClinOps leaders as the clinician network grows, managing a support team, standardizing and automating workflows, and transforming scope through tech enablement and AI solutions. This is a hybrid role, with offices located in New York City.

Responsibilities

Design workflows from end to end, mapping and owning day-to-day Clinical Operations workflows, including ownership, decision points, SOPs, escalation paths, and SLAs; Build analytics using SQL and business intelligence tools to create reliable reporting on workflow performance, resource allocation, turnaround times, recurring demand, and operational outcomes; Reduce operational overhead with automation by identifying repetitive work, launching frontline AI agents, automating workflow steps, and improving data access; Expand clinician self-service by identifying questions clinicians can resolve without one-to-one support and building education, FAQs, online guidance, and support agents; Standardize how dyads and coordinators operate by developing playbooks, toolkits, job aids, and decision rules, and measuring clinician performance, quality, and satisfaction; Manage a team of support staff who address clinician questions and escalations and coordinate key operational processes

Requirements

4-6+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, analytics, implementation, or a related field; Advanced analytical skills, including writing SQL independently and using dashboards, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools; Workflow architect ability to map processes end to end and redesign them around clear ownership and fewer handoffs; Automation and AI builder with hands-on experience using automation, AI, or no-code and low-code tools to improve frontline operations; Operating model designer experience creating SOPs, playbooks, service levels, and escalation paths; Builder-operator mindset, comfortable solving today's workflow problems while building scalable systems

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment; Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company that has demonstrated scale; Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI agents used in frontline operations
