Senior Professional Services Consultant

We’re looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to take a leading technical role in complex customer projects. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their business needs, translate them into effective technical solutions and guide those solutions from initial requirements through to successful delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of complex customer projects, from understanding requirements and designing the solution through to implementation and successful handover.; Partner directly with customers to understand their business processes and challenges, translating them into effective CCM solution designs .; Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers make informed decisions and connecting technical choices with real business outcomes.; Take ownership of technical issues and complex delivery challenges, independently investigating problems and defining a clear path to resolution.; Collaborate closely with Project Management, Product, R&D and other Professional Services colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.; Support technical discussions, solution presentations, workshops and project scoping, including contributing to pre-sales and SOW activities where needed.; Provide technical guidance and mentoring to colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping strengthen expertise across the wider Professional Services team.; Bring insights from customer projects back into the organisation, helping us continuously improve our products, solutions and ways of working.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions . Experience with Quadient solutions is welcome, but not required .; Several years of experience in Professional Services, technical consulting, solution delivery or a similar customer-facing technology role .; Experience designing and delivering complex software solutions in customer environments.; Strong technical understanding and the ability to analyse requirements, troubleshoot problems and propose pragmatic solutions.; Confidence working directly with customers and stakeholders, including leading technical conversations, workshops and presentations.; Ability to connect technical decisions with the customer's processes, objectives and business value.; Strong ownership and independence – you're comfortable taking responsibility for a problem and driving it through to resolution.; Experience working across multidisciplinary teams such as Professional Services, Project Management, Product and R&D.; Strong communication and presentation skills in English , including the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.; Willingness to travel to customer sites when required by the project.
