Responsibilities

Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Senior Project Manager in Netcompany?; As a Senior Project Manager you will:; Drive the delivery of IT projects across enterprise clients, managing day-to-day operations to ensure scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.; Coordinate internal teams and vendors, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely resolution of delivery issues or risks.; Assist in resource planning and allocation, working closely with senior delivery managers and technical leads to balance project needs and team capacity.; Monitor project performance, collect relevant delivery metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across delivery processes.; Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders during the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on deliverables and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.; Contribute to team development, fostering collaboration and supporting junior team members with guidance and problem-solving assistance.

Requirements

What would make you a fit for the role:; Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.; 7+ years of professional experience in IT project management, project coordination, or delivery roles - ideally within enterprise environments.; A recognized project management certification such as PMP and/or PRINCE2; Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.; Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, or enterprise architecture concepts.; Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.; A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately when needed. It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:; Experience working directly with enterprise clients across sectors such as energy, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail.; Exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps, or digital transformation projects.
