Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales in a residential area; Connect with homeowners by knocking doors, networking, and following up on referrals; Monitor sales activities and hit performance goals; Present solar solutions to homeowners, explain financing, and guide customers through the process; Help homeowners understand the benefits of going solar—cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence; Attend weekly training meetings to sharpen skills, boost earnings, and unlock career growth opportunities

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old; Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn; Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions; Valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License (or hired initially as Sales Scheduler until license is obtained)

Nice to have

Experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred
