What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Storyteller Extraordinaire: Bring the incredible story of O My Bag to life for our customers. Help them find the bag that’s just right for them while sharing our mission of sustainability and fair trade.
✨ Customer Experience Superstar: You’ll create an unforgettable shopping experience. Your mission: make sure every customer leaves with a smile (and maybe a bag or two!)
✨ Sales Innovator: Track product and sales data and brainstorm cool ideas that keep our growth soaring. You’re always looking for new ways to push the limits!
✨ Event Rockstar: Organize and support in-store events, pop-ups and marketing campaigns. Your energy will make every event a total hit!
✨ Team Champion: Together, we’ll be unstoppable!
✨ Visual Merchandising Guru: Help create a beautiful, fresh store display where our bags are the stars of the show.

Requirements

You're the right fit for us if:; ✨ You’re a people person - social, enthusiastic, and super motivated.; ✨ You LOVE making customers happy. You give top-notch service, always with a smile and never rush!; ✨ You’re a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude, able to juggle multiple customers while keeping your service amazing.; ✨ You thrive on challenges and are super creative.
