Swim Instructor

As a Swim Instructor at Goldfish, you’ll not only teach essential water safety and swimming techniques but also create a fun and vibrant atmosphere where students feel celebrated and motivated. With our easy-to-follow Goldfish Curriculum, you’ll be a crucial part of their swimming journey!

Responsibilities

Instruct and Coach: Teach swimming techniques with a focus on safety and skill development, keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable; Assess and Adapt: Evaluate each student’s progress and tailor your teaching methods to fit their unique needs; Create a Safe Environment: Keep an eye on participants to ensure everyone is safe and having fun during lessons; Collaborate with Colleagues: Team up with fellow instructors to enhance our programs and share your ideas for improvement; Provide Feedback: Engage with students and parents, offering insights on performance and areas for growth; Assist with Lifeguarding Duties: Be proactive in maintaining safety across the facility as needed

Requirements

Passion for Children; Strong Work Ethic; Dependable Transportation; Minimum commitment of at least 4 months
