Join our esteemed Housing Implementation Support team and make a significant impact by driving the successful implementation of the NEC Housing system at new customer sites. As a valued team member, you'll deliver exceptional consultancy, training, and support services to both new and existing customers. With a strong command of SQL and PLSQL, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation process, providing invaluable guidance and support to customers.; Offer expert advice on data migration into NEC Housing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.; Conduct comprehensive training sessions and consultancy services, empowering customers to optimize features such as DTI, Query View, Task Manager, Archiving, and Variable Warnings.; Excel in assisting customers with data manipulation and cleansing activities, facilitating smooth operations.; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions for customer interfacing and integration requirements.; Leverage your technical prowess to develop and customize dataloads to meet specific needs.; Provide indispensable support during critical year-end processes, including dataloads, extracts, and notifications, particularly in Leasehold Service Charge and Rent areas.
