Territory Manager - FMCG

About our client: Our client is a well-established FMCG business with a strong market presence and a portfolio of trusted products. Through innovation, collaboration, and a focus on delivering value, they continue to drive growth across the Australian market. In this role, you will work within the Independent Grocery channel, working across Greater Sydney with occasional travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands & Wollongong. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSOs) to drive distribution and sales, increasing market share and category performance of iconic brands through opportunity-based selling.

Responsibilities

Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products; Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share; Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity; Driving sales results; Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships; Implementation of layouts; Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.

Relevant experience in sales based role in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising, highly favourable in Independent Grocery
