Responsibilities

Planning and implementing the technical training strategy aligned with BMW Group standards and business objectives; Designing and delivering technical training programs across BMW, MINI, Motorrad, apprentice, and bodyshop networks; Driving training needs analysis, capability development, and structured learning pathways to enhance workforce competence and performance; Driving new product readiness by ensuring technical competency across the network ahead of vehicle launches; Supporting the management of training vendors, trainers, and academy resources to ensure high-quality delivery and operational efficiency; Supporting the evaluation and continuous improvement of training effectiveness, leveraging modern learning methods including digital and blended solutions

Requirements

University degree in Business Management or related discipline; Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent); Proven experience in technical training design and delivery; Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level; Solid understanding of modern automotive technologies and systems; Experience in project management and implementing training programs; Valid rights to work in Australia
