A top international firm in the technical and events industry is seeking an experienced Manager to take on a strategic role in our Marketing Department. We are looking for a highly capable professional with experience in international structures who thrives on cross-functional work. What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within experiential marketing, events, or related industries.
• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of the European marketing landscape, including GDPR compliance and cultural considerations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; and proficiency in German - will be nice to have
• Ability to work with PC-based and Mac-based computers and all related software programs, including Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Adobe Suite of products, CRM software, preferably Oracle.
• Must excel in the following skills: organization, attention-to-detail, pro-activeness, easily adaptable / self-starter in a constant-changing environment, and multi-tasking.
• A versatile marketing professional who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital, event, and content marketing.
• Experience working within a global or U.S.-headquartered organization will be nice to have
