• high school diploma or equivalent.
• knowledge of Spanish and/or Polish at an advanced level.
• knowledge of English at an advanced level.
• at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order-to-cash roles, data management, or a related role.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• proactive and solution-oriented.
• willingness to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP systems is a plus.
