Content Moderator with Hebrew

• Proven ability to manage stress and demonstrate strong coping mechanisms and resilience in a challenging environment.

• Fluency in English and Hebrew (minimum upper-intermediate level).

• The capacity to review sensitive content with complete objectivity, making decisions strictly based on client policies, free from personal beliefs or bias.

• Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to quickly synthesize and analyze complex information from various sources.

• Sharp critical thinking skills to make sound, swift judgments in compliance with guidelines.

• A deep understanding of and passion for internet culture, online platforms, and how digital communities operate.

• High affinity for and awareness of the political, cultural, and social landscapes of the German-speaking market and region.

• Proven track record of performing effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.

• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing business needs and evolving client guidelines.

• A strong personal commitment to quality, efficiency, and overall effectiveness in your work.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in Content Moderation, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Customer Service roles is a significant advantage.
