QA Manual Testing Engineer

We are supporting one of our international clients in the banking and financial sector in their search for a highly skilled QA Manual Testing Engineer. This role offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to the development and quality assurance of cutting-edge electronic trading platforms.

As a QA Manual Testing Engineer, you will act as a core individual contributor within the Agile team, focusing on designing, creating, and executing both manual and automated tests. Your domain expertise in financial platforms, combined with strong technical QA skills, will be key to ensuring the quality and stability of the product development and regression life cycle.

What we expect

• 6-7 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance testing (Senior level, non-lead/manager role).

• Mandatory experience and strong hands-on skills in testing electronic trading platforms.

• Mandatory domain expertise in the Banking/Financial sector (ideally 2-4 years in a financial environment).

• Proficiency in English ($\text{B2+}$ level) for effective communication and technical discussions.

• Strong experience with test case management tools like Xray (integrated with Jira).

• Solid practical experience with API testing and familiarity with building integration from scratch (e.g., Xray APIs to upload results).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practical experience using Jira for defect and task tracking.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Preferred skills (a plus)

• Specific domain knowledge of the Foreign Exchange (FX/EFX) market (ideally 1+ year experience).

• Experience in defining and driving best automation practices in previous projects.

• Skills in developing and executing API test cases.

• Experience with relevant automation tools and frameworks.
