Business Product Owner (A365/Salesforce)

On behalf of our Client, we are seeking a Business Product Owner (A365/Salesforce) to join a newly formed team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic coordination, optimization, and continuous improvement of customer-facing digital platforms within the Customer Service function. 

You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of critical systems such as Anywhere365 (A365), Freshdesk, and Salesforce. Your goal is to drive innovation and ensure these platforms align with the digital transformation strategy while enhancing the overall customer experience.

What we expect

• experience: proven experience in multinational environments with complex stakeholder landscapes.
• agile knowledge: solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, with experience participating in or leading agile projects;
• technical familiarity: CRM solutions, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft-driven tools;
• strategic mindset: ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes and long-term vision;
• communication: strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence decisions in a multicultural environment;
• languages: fluent in English (required); additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Polish) are a plus.
