Sales Administration Specialist with Spanish or Polish (front office)

On behalf of our Client, we are is seeking an ambitious Sales Administration Specialist with Spanish or Polish (front office) to join newly formed team.

Your primary focus is the accurate and swift execution of financial transactions related to pricing conditions: from authorizing discounts and rebates to finalizing the processing of customer claims. This role is accountable for the integrity and cleanliness of data within corporate systems (SAP), which serves as the foundation for sales process efficiency and compliance with all auditing and legal standards.

What we expect

• Fluency in English (B2/C1) & Spanish (C1) or Polish (C1) is essential.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales administration or customer service,
• University degree in business, economics, or related field,
• Strong analytical and organizational skills,
• Proficiency in SAP and rebate management tools (e.g., Pricefx, xSuite).

Nice to have:

• Experience with claims workflows and credit note issuance.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with EMEA regional pricing and compliance standards.
