Job description:

• DCXV is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in our European hosting and AI solutions business.
• About the Role: You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals for our dedicated servers, cloud infrastructure, and AI solutions. This position emphasizes relationship building through direct communication, presentations, and industry networking.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in sales (hosting/IT infrastructure experience preferred)

• Full working proficiency Polish, Upper-intermediate English

• Resident of Poland

• Contractor position (PFA/SRL) - we provide setup guidance

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities

What you'll do

• Find and close deals with businesses needing hosting, cloud, or AI infrastructure
• Present solutions via video calls, phone, and at conferences
• Build long-term relationships with clients 
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → closing
