Plant Manager

Our Client is a growing cosmetics manufacturing company supported by a strong international mother company. They are currently setting up a "brownfield" operation and looking for a Plant Manager with a technical heart to lead the plant.
This is not a desk job. We need a leader with a "wide brain"- someone who takes full ownership ("this is mine"), sees the positive in challenges, you will be the face of the plant intern as well to customers and ensuring operational excellence.

What we expect

• Education: Technical/Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering).

• Experience:

• Proven experience in Production Management or Plant Management, preferably in the Cosmetics, Pharma, or FMCG sectors.

• Experience managing a P&L (Profit and Loss) or significant financial budgets.

• Track record of scaling teams or managing startup/brownfield projects.

• Language: Fluent English & Polish is mandatory (for reporting to the mother company).
