National Sales Manager

For our client, globally recognized leader in the premium interior design and wellness sector, specializing in high-end bathroom solutions we are seeking a strategic sales coordinator to navigate sales processes and steer their commercial operations in Poland. We are looking for someone who is specializing in sales in designer products, primarily dedicated to the retail and SPA/Wellness sectors

Oczekujemy

• min. 5 years of sales experience, specifically within premium/high-end interior equipment, wellness, or aesthetic products
• Understanding of the Polish retail market and the luxury project/contract sector.
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and transform data into actionable growth plans.
• Natural leader with a track record of developing talent and driving a results-oriented culture.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for regular cooperation with international stakeholders (B2)

• Proven experience in managing a mid-sized sales team (4 direct reports).

• Track record in executing, analyzing, and forecasting complex business goals and sales targets.

• Active market engagement (minimum several days per week dedicated to high-level field operations and client visits).
