For our client. a company in the manufacturing sector, located near the Skarbimierz, we are looking for a proactive Office Manager to lead administrative and facility operations. In this central role, you will act as the office’s backbone, ensuring everything from documentation to vendor relations runs seamlessly. We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in administration or facility management who excels at coordinating multiple complex areas simultaneously.

Proven experience in a similar role within administration, facility, or office management,
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level (essential requirement),
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask effectively,
High level of independence and confidence in decision-making,
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal departments and external vendors,
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook,
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus,
Knowledge of facility management.
