HR Operations Global Mobility Specialist

Are you an expert in navigating the complexities of international career moves? Our client, a global manufacturing company, is currently expanding its HR structures in Poznań and is looking for a HR Operations Global Mobility Specialist to join their HR departament. In this role, you will be the primary architect of seamless relocation journeys, managing everything from work permits and tax compliance to high-level consultancy for managers hiring talent across the Nordic region.

You will be the dedicated partner for employees and managers during one of the most significant transitions in their careers.

What we expect

• fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential;

• proven experience in HR operations, specifically within Global Mobility, international assignments, or migration services (knowledge of the regulations applicable on the Swedish market will be a great advantage);

• experience working with SAP (SuccessFactors) or similar HCM systems, and proficiency in the MS Office suite;

• a proactive mindset: you are organized, detail-oriented, and possess a "can-do" attitude that thrives in a changing, international environment;

• the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain full confidentiality while working as part of a cross-border team.
