Our Client is a global leader in the Life Sciences industry, recognized for their commitment to innovation and improving human health on a massive scale. As they continue to rapidly expand their international operations and strengthen their strategic presence in Poland, they are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join their Global Talent Acquisition team.

This role is a perfect fit for a proactive recruiter who wants to have a real impact on building high-performing teams across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in navigating the global labor market will directly contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

What we expect

• Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of talent market trends and recruitment best practices.

• Stakeholder Skills: Proven ability to influence and advise business leaders.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred), CRM tools, and modern sourcing technologies.

• Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to recruitment and decision-making.

• Languages: Fluency in English and Polish is a must.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Psychology, or related) or equivalent experience.
