• Advanced communication skills: Fluency in both Polish and English is a must (used daily in communication and documentation).
• A proactive mindset: An open communication style, eagerness to ask questions, share ideas, and reach out to the team for support.
• Great organizational potential: Ability to prioritize your own tasks (handling emails, notes, checklists) and manage multiple topics collaboratively, not in isolation.
• A team-first approach: Believing that success is about working well with others and involving the right people in conversations.
• No previous experience is required! However, a basic understanding of HR/customer support or familiarity with tools like ServiceNow is a welcome asset.
